The gel extends all around, significantly increasing the area of action compared to other products I’ve tried.
I primarily use the cold setting, and I love how long the gel stays cool without needing to freeze it initially or needing frequent re-cooling. It’s really easy to use without needing to charge it or look for an outlet.
It’s also fantastic for blocking out light, which is crucial for me as I’m extremely sensitive to it during migraines. The snug fit and design ensure complete darkness, helping me relax even more.
I didn’t notice any smell, but the box says to toss it in the freezer inside the bag if any smell develops. It also says it has an extended warranty, which gives you a sense of relief and adds more value to your money.
A small con: The cap is not adjustable, so if you have a larger head, it might feel a bit tight. However, for me, the snug fit adds to the effectiveness.
